Service Areas

We work across the city of Phoenix, from central and north-central neighborhoods like Arcadia, Sunnyslope and Moon Valley to Ahwatukee in the southeast, Laveen in the southwest, and Deer Valley and Desert Ridge in the north. Outside the city we cover Anthem, Tempe and Avondale. The differences show up on the roof and in the paperwork. Ahwatukee's development began in the early 1970s, and many homes there have stucco walls and red tile roofs, so panel removal and pigeon work often mean handling tile. Laveen was mostly farms and dairies until about 2000, so its systems tend to sit on newer houses. Utility service also varies by address: APS serves downtown and much of north Phoenix, while SRP serves other parts of the Valley, and the two territories overlap, so we check your bill rather than guess from the neighborhood. Tempe and Avondale run their own permit offices, and Anthem is outside Phoenix city limits, so we confirm whose rules apply before any equipment changes.
