About Solar Panel Repair Phoenix

Solar Panel Repair Phoenix works on rooftop solar systems that are already installed on homes across the Phoenix area. We find out why a system is underproducing or offline, fix or replace the failed part, take panels off and put them back for roof work, keep pigeons out from under the array, repair damaged wiring and clean panels without harming the glass.

We do not sell new solar systems, and we do not try to turn a repair visit into a pitch for one. Our job is to get the system you own producing again, or to tell you plainly when a part is at the end of its life.

How a job runs

• Data first. If you have monitoring, we ask to see the production history before anyone climbs a ladder. A drop on one string, one panel or every day after 2 p.m. each points to a different cause.
• Find the cause. On site we test the inverter, the strings and the connections, and we look under the array for damage, pests and loose wire.
• Price it in writing. You get an itemized estimate. If a part is still under the maker's warranty, we say so and explain what the warranty does and does not pay for.
• Check the paperwork. When a repair changes equipment, we check with the City of Phoenix or your town and with APS or SRP before the work, not after.
• Test before we leave. The system is restarted and checked under load, and you see the readings.

What we hand off

Roof leaks unrelated to the solar mounts, full re-roofs, main electrical panel upgrades and new system design belong to other trades. When we find a problem in one of those areas, we tell you what we saw and what kind of contractor to call.
